Building Facade Banners in Abu Dhabi
Large building facade banners and high-rise wraps for real estate, leasing campaigns, retail launches, and major outdoor brand announcements.
Transform Your Real Estate into Landmarks with Facade Banners
Unbranded high-rise assets are massive missed advertising opportunities. However, installing signage at height involves complex wind-load engineering and safety risks.
Our building facade banners are engineered for these extreme conditions. We use high-tenacity PVC and perforated mesh that allows airflow, preventing structural strain while delivering a high-definition brand message visible for kilometers across the UAE skyline.
Key Features
- Perforated Mesh Banners: Ideal for glass facades, allowing light and airflow while displaying high-resolution graphics.
- Reinforced Vinyl Facades: Heavy-duty, opaque banners for solid walls or construction site elevations.
- Illuminated Mega-Banners: Front-lit options using external LED floodlighting for 24/7 visibility.
- Temporary Event Wraps: Short-term, high-impact branding for stadium facades or landmark buildings during national events.
- Rope Access Installation: Certified professional teams for seamless mounting on high-rises.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common inquiries about our products covering pricing, warranty and installation in Abu Dhabi.
Do I need a permit from ADREC?
Yes. As of the recent updates, all real estate advertising—including "For Lease" banners on buildings—falls under the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) regulations. You cannot just hang a banner. We must submit the design, size, and broker authorization for approval to ensure the content complies with the Real Estate Advertising Framework. We handle this permit process for you.
Should I use Mesh or Solid Vinyl?
It depends on the size and wind exposure. Solid Vinyl: Best for small banners (under 20 sqm) or short-term campaigns (2–8 weeks) where maximum color vibrancy is needed. Mesh Banner: Mandatory for large high-rise installations (over 20 sqm) or long-term leasing (12+ months). The perforation allows wind to pass through, preventing the banner from acting like a sail and ripping off the wall.
How do you install it at high altitude?
We use IRATA-certified Rope Access Technicians (abseilers) or mobile cranes, depending on the building access. We do not use simple ladders. The installation involves drilling anchor bolts into the facade concrete and creating a tensioned cable frame to hold the banner flat and secure against wind gusts.
What happens if the banner rips?
Our banners are finished with Edge Reinforcement (double-stitched webbing) to prevent tearing at the grommets. However, in extreme weather events (storms), no outdoor fabric is 100% indestructible. We offer maintenance packages to inspect and re-tension the banner periodically during the leasing campaign.
