We produce all work in-houseusing state of the art equipment, supplying and fitting signage and graphicsfor companies across the UAE.
Production Manager is expected to:
1- Handle approved jobs fromreceiving the job order from operations manager till signing delivery note fromclient.
2- Manage the work schedulesaccurately and efficiently.
3- Ensure minimum waste throughreducing material waste while production and reworks while installation atsites.
4- Train the workers and improvetheir skills for efficiency through teaching best work methods and practices
5- Calculate workers over time
6- Increase the number ofproduction team through right hiring.
7- Conducting quality controllingof signs prior to production/distribution will be required to ensure standardsare met in line with our client expectation

Sign makers and fitters at our company are expected to:
1- Work in our fast paced environment with a wide range of substrates including di-bond, acrylics, metals, wood and vinyl.

4- Able to uphold procedures throughout the production and installation process.

7- Able to work with heavy items and often at height.
8- Sign fitting experience and knowledge of machinery and tools associated.
